DRESSO is operated by Dresso, Germany. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What DRESSO is

DRESSO is an AI-powered style analysis program. You complete a 12-step Style Assessment, upload a selfie, and we use AI to determine your color season and generate a personal style report with color palette, outfit & style recommendations, and clothing guidance.

The report is informational only. It is not professional styling advice. Results are AI-generated and may not be perfect. Use them as a starting point, not a guarantee.

Access and accounts

There are no passwords. Access to your report and account is via a magic link sent to your email address. Keep your email secure - anyone with access to your inbox can access your account.

You must be 16 or older to use DRESSO.

You may have one account per email address. We reserve the right to close duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

Subscriptions and billing

Access to your full style report requires a subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, cancellation, and refund rules are set out separately in our Subscription & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy. The short version: use DRESSO for your own style analysis, don't abuse it, don't try to reverse-engineer it.

Intellectual property

The DRESSO service, including the AI models, software, design, and content we create, is our intellectual property. Your style report is generated for your personal use.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo you give us a limited, one-time licence to process it for color analysis. We delete the photo immediately after processing.

Availability

We aim to keep DRESSO available at all times but we cannot guarantee it. We may take the service down for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRESSO's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses - for example, money spent on clothes based on our recommendations.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you at least 14 days notice by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to use courts there.
